This beautiful listed building forms part of a terrace of Georgian properties at College Square North which were designed in the early 1800s. It has a history to be proud of including its 100 year association with the deaf community acting as the HQ for the Royal National Institute for Deaf People (RNID) for part of its life.
Despite its proud history the building was uninhabited, derelict and a magnet for anti-social behaviour for years before Cornerstone acquired it.
