This site was purchased off-market and Cornerstone has worked hard to get planning approved for 23 high quality City Centre apartments.

This beautiful listed building forms part of a terrace of Georgian properties at College Square North which were designed in the early 1800s. It has a history to be proud of including its 100 year association with the deaf community acting as the HQ for the Royal National Institute for the Deaf (RNID) for part of its life.

Despite its proud history the building was uninhabited, derelict and a magnet for anti-social behaviour for years before Cornerstone acquired it.

Cornerstone are excited about unlocking the potential this beautiful building and bringing it back to life on a strategic corner of the City Centre.

Cornerstone are a purpose-driven business that seeks opportunities to transform its city by developing property and building community. It does this alongside its investors by giving them great returns and an opportunity to partner in its mission. What Cornerstone is doing is pioneering, it has not been done before in our country and we need support to claim this ground.

WE LOVE BELFAST
